We do not offer exchanges because our stock is very limited and sizes sell out quickly. We therefore cannot guarantee the availability of the desired items.
👉 If you chose the wrong size or model, we advise you to make a return request for the received item, then place a new order immediately to get the correct size or model (if it is still in stock).
This avoids waiting for your return to be processed (which can take several weeks) and ensures you receive the desired piece quickly.
When returning, you can choose between a credit or a refund.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return request.
To do this, go to your customer account and make an online return request. Once the request is approved by our team (usually within 72 business hours), you will receive all necessary instructions by email.
📦 Returns are free only for orders delivered in mainland France.
🔁 We do not do exchanges.
Once the return is accepted, you can choose between a credit valid on the entire site or a refund.
Most of our swimsuits are made in limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.
🌟 The only exception is our Jojo Black model, which is our signature swimsuit. It is restocked regularly.
It’s also possible that some styles may become available again due to customer returns.
