RETURNS
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return request.
To do this, go to your customer account and make an online return request. Once the request is approved by our team (usually within 72 business hours), you will receive all necessary instructions by email.
📦 Returns are free only for orders delivered in mainland France.
🔁 We do not do exchanges.
Once the return is accepted, you can choose between a credit valid on the entire site or a refund.
We do not offer exchanges because our stock is very limited and sizes sell out quickly. We therefore cannot guarantee the availability of the desired items.
👉 If you chose the wrong size or model, we advise you to make a return request for the received item, then place a new order immediately to get the correct size or model (if it is still in stock).
This avoids waiting for your return to be processed (which can take several weeks) and ensures you receive the desired piece quickly.
When returning, you can choose between a credit or a refund.
Returns are free only for orders delivered in mainland France.
For other destinations, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

ORDER
We are sorry this happened to you, and we will do everything possible to resolve this issue quickly.
Please contact us at sav@gringaswimwear.com attaching the following information:
- A photo of the received item
- A photo of the barcode (label on the bag or tag)
- Your order number
- The correct item you were supposed to receive
Our customer service team will respond as soon as possible to tell you the next steps.

If you notice a defect on a received item, please contact us quickly at sav@gringaswimwear.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- One or more clear photos of the observed defect
- A photo of the barcode (label on the bag or tag)
Our customer service team will review your request as soon as possible and will tell you the next steps for a return or exchange if the defect is confirmed.
If you want to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible by email at sav@gringaswimwear.com or via our Instagram @gringa_swim, specifying your order number (e.g., #6500).
⏳ We will do our best to respond quickly, but we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification if the order has already been prepared or shipped.
DELIVERY
All our orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in France, within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.
📦 Mainland France:
- Colissimo home delivery: 2 to 3 business days
- Mondial Relay (relay point): 3 to 6 business days
🌍 International:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

As soon as your package is shipped, you automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
If you haven't received it, don't worry: you can also find your tracking number in your customer account on our site, in the "My Orders" section.
Yes, we deliver to all French overseas departments and territories.
⏳ Delivery times vary between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the destination.

SIZE
First, check our size guide to help you.
For adjustable bottoms (MIMI, SABRI, CORALIE, ANNA), feel free to take one size up if you want a bit more coverage or a less high-cut effect.
If you still have doubts, send us a message on Instagram specifying:
- Your bra size
- Your pants size
- The swimsuit model you are interested in
We will be happy to advise you personally!
The MIMI and CORALIE models are the least high-cut in our collection.
They are adjustable, allowing you to take one to two sizes up from your usual size for a more covering look, without compromising style.
The swimsuit will keep its original shape, while being adjustable according to your preferences and your body shape.

Yes, this is an essential value for us at Gringa Swimwear.
Our swimsuits are made in Indonesia, in a small family workshop with less than 20 employees, with whom we have been working for more than 3 years. This long-term partnership allows us to guarantee a respectful working environment, fair pay, and a true relationship of trust with our supplier.
Our fabrics are recycled (made from fibers like ECONYL®), our pouches are made from natural cotton, and we have adopted a zero plastic policy in our packaging.
We are committed to combining style, quality, and environmental responsibility in every collection. 🌊
To keep your swimsuit in perfect condition longer:
- Rinse it with clear water after each swim (salt, chlorine, cream).
- Hand wash with a mild detergent, in cold or lukewarm water.
- Do not wring it: gently press to remove excess water.
- Dry flat, in the shade.
- Avoid rough surfaces that could damage the fabric.
Lola Nonnot is the founder and creator of Gringa Swimwear. Born in Bayonne and having grown up between France, the Antilles, and Brazil, she drew from her travels and passion for swimwear to launch her brand.
