HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?
Go to your customer account and submit a return request.
Once the return is approved by our team, we will send you all the necessary information to process the return.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order.
If 14 days have passed since you received your package, unfortunately, we cannot offer you store credit or a return.
WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA FOR A RETURN?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
WHICH ITEMS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE OR NON-REFUNDABLE?
- Gift cards
- Dirty or stained items
- Items purchased during sales or with a discount
- Shipping fees
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
WHICH ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN?
There are certain situations where only partial store credit or refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Dirty or stained items will be automatically sent back to the customer
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE ITEM IS RETURNED?
Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your store credit/refund. If approved, your store credit will be processed, and you will receive a voucher or refund within 10 days.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE A RETURN CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You will be refunded after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse. This process may take up to 15 days.
ARE SALE ITEMS EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE?
Only regular-priced items can be exchanged for store credit or refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or receive store credit.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES?
Exchanges have not been accepted since October 27, 2022. Due to our limited stock, we are unable to guarantee quality exchanges. For returns, you can choose between a refund or store credit so that you can place a new order on our website.

DO I HAVE TO PAY RETURN FEES?
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your credit.
HOW TO SECURE THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS?
If you are shipping an item worth more than 75 euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN OR LOST?
Gringa Swimwear cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss if the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered to the shipping address.
